    What is needed, and why?

    Research forms the foundation of every project by identifying community needs, stakeholder priorities, and the broader social, economic, and environmental context.

    Through evidence-based analysis, baseline studies, and stakeholder engagement, research provides the insights required to understand where investment will create the greatest impact and inform strategic decision-making.

    What should we do?

  4. Monitoring & Evaluation

    Does the project achieve the intended impact?

    Monitoring and Evaluation measures the effectiveness of projects by assessing whether the intended social, economic, and developmental outcomes have been achieved.

    Through continuous performance measurement and impact evaluation, lessons learned are captured to demonstrate value, strengthen accountability, and inform future investment and decision-making.
